Terms Of Use
These terms explain the basic rules for using RaceHQ, including accounts, RaceHQ+, organiser tools, event data, results, live timing, and groups.

RaceHQ is a motorsport platform for event discovery, rally results, live timing tools, organiser pages, groups, driver profiles, co-driver profiles, and RaceHQ+ features.
By using RaceHQ, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful motorsport, event, community, or account purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your login, and activity that happens through your account.
RaceHQ may offer normal user accounts and organiser accounts. Organiser tools may require verification before they can be used.
Do not impersonate another driver, co-driver, organiser, club, series, timing provider, or official event representative.
RaceHQ+
RaceHQ+ is a paid subscription that can unlock extra fan and organiser features such as watchlists, richer profiles, organiser tools, event creation, imports, and live timing preparation.
If a free trial is offered, the trial terms shown at checkout apply. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, Stripe may charge the subscription price shown at checkout.
Subscriptions, invoices, cards, cancellations, and billing portal access are handled by Stripe. RaceHQ does not store full card details.
Results And Timing
RaceHQ may show event results, stage times, penalties, retirements, live timing, documents, and organiser notices from organisers, timing providers, approved feeds, public documents, or manual imports.
Live timing and imported results may be provisional, delayed, incomplete, or corrected later. Official results are controlled by the relevant organiser, series, timing provider, or event authority unless clearly stated otherwise.
RaceHQ does not guarantee access to any third-party timing feed, API, archive, or event dataset. Access depends on the organiser, series, timing provider, and applicable permissions.
Organiser Responsibilities
If you use organiser tools, you must have the right to publish the event information, documents, notices, results, timing data, images, and updates you provide.
You are responsible for keeping event information accurate, handling official corrections, and respecting third-party data agreements.
RaceHQ may remove or restrict organiser content if there is a rights issue, safety concern, accuracy issue, payment issue, or misuse of the platform.
Groups And Posts
Groups and announcements should be used for event news, organiser updates, motorsport discussion, and helpful community content.
Do not post abuse, harassment, spam, private information, misleading official claims, illegal content, or content you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable Use
Do not try to break, overload, scrape, bypass, reverse engineer, or misuse RaceHQ or connected services.
Do not use RaceHQ to access timing data, API feeds, or event data without the correct approval from the organiser, series, or timing provider.
Changes And Availability
RaceHQ may change, add, pause, or remove features as the product develops.
RaceHQ aims to keep the site useful and available, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or that every event or timing feed will be available.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, unless another law must apply.
