What RaceHQ Collects

Account details such as your name, username, email address, account type, profile details, organiser details, and preferences.

RaceHQ+ subscription status, Stripe customer details, invoices, and payment status. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by RaceHQ.

Event and results data such as driver names, co-driver names, car numbers, vehicle details, classes, stage times, penalties, retirements, notices, documents, and live timing updates.

Content you choose to post, including organiser announcements, group posts, reactions, event information, and support messages.

Technical information such as login sessions, device/browser details, security logs, theme settings, and basic usage data needed to keep the site working.

How RaceHQ Uses It

To run accounts, profiles, organiser pages, groups, events, results pages, live timing tools, and RaceHQ+ features.

To process subscriptions, free trials, billing, cancellations, and access to paid features.

To verify organiser accounts and manage event access, timing imports, documents, notices, and control-room tools.

To keep RaceHQ secure, prevent misuse, fix bugs, answer support requests, and improve the service.

To comply with legal, safety, payment, and platform obligations.

Who It May Be Shared With

Service providers that help RaceHQ operate, including Supabase for authentication/database/storage, Vercel for hosting, and Stripe for payments.

Event organisers, timing providers, or series administrators where needed to verify access, publish results, or run event tools.

Other users and the public when you publish public profile information, group posts, organiser announcements, or event results.

Authorities or other parties where required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.

Results And Public Motorsport Data

Motorsport results are often public event information. RaceHQ may display results supplied by organisers, timing providers, public documents, official feeds, or approved imports.

Live timing and results may be provisional. Official results remain controlled by the relevant event organiser, series, or timing provider unless RaceHQ clearly says otherwise.

Your Choices

You can update your profile details in your account where the site allows it.

You can manage or cancel RaceHQ+ through the billing portal when subscribed.

You can ask RaceHQ to access, correct, or delete personal information connected to your account, unless it needs to be kept for legal, billing, safety, or event-record reasons.

You can choose not to provide some information, but parts of the site may not work without it.

Security And Retention

RaceHQ uses reasonable security steps to protect account, payment, and event data, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

RaceHQ keeps information for as long as needed to operate the service, keep records, resolve disputes, support event history, and meet legal or payment requirements.

Cookies And Local Storage

RaceHQ may use cookies, browser storage, and similar tools for login sessions, security, theme settings, basic preferences, and future analytics or product improvements.
